He can still kick your butt on a bike. He kicked everyone else's butt who was doping on a bike. He still was handed the jersey's. Yes he violated the rules of the sport, which were being violated by everyone else. However, would you send your driver's license back if new technology proved you drove under the influence 10 years ago?
