
The snow hasn't really even started to fall in Colorado yet, and I don't know how we're going to top this one the rest of the ski season:
This lady, Sarah Fowke, tried to go skiing at Keystone using her boyfriend's pass, which had his name (Nicholas Hemstreet) and photo on it. When she got caught, she
told a sheriff's deputy that she was in the middle of a sex change. These things take time, you know. Unclear, however, if she told him she was changing from a woman to a man, or vice versa. The deputy called the father of the passholder, Mark Hermstreet, who was quite surprised to find out his son was having a sex change. Fowke then admitted, ha ha, OK, actually, that's my BFs pass, and I was just trying to use it to get some free turns in. Fowke was charged with theft over $500 and criminal impersonation.
