You'll never catch me dead in Nikes, the most important reason being I detest being a walking billboard with the idiotic "swoosh" on my shoes. I even got rid of my Converse after Nike bought them. That being said, I'm kind of attracted to these new shoes designed for the Olympic BMX team. And by attractive I mean, like Pamela Anderson is attractive in a strange voyeuristic train wreck of a life way. Not sure that analogy worked, but lets run with it. Evidently SPD compatible, they also have wider outsole with more grip, kevlar reinforced areas, metal grommets, lace pocket, and velcro strap to keep shoelaces out of the way. If they got rid of the swoosh, I'd even consider buying a pair for eBomb.
