Pimp My Bike: Down Low Glow

Upon first glance at the Down Low Glow from the Rock The Bike Workshop in Berkeley, I figured it was in the same category as spoilers, ground effects, subwoofers, nitrous, and whatever those fart-can exhaust things kids put on their Honda Civics nowadays. But hey, at $99, this rig looks like it would blow the hell out of whatever combination of blinky lights you currently use for night cycling. And, adding it would triple the current value of my urban assault bike.
