Sure you've got Russians making the first ascent of the west face of K2 and leading the country while fishing shirtless. It's admirable and all, but it ain't floating down the Vuoksa rapids on an inflatable blow-up doll. That friends, takes a real Russian. Like the 400 or so men, and a few women, who took part in the Fifth Bubble Baba Challenge. It may seem easy, and believe us we know a thing or two about staying on a blow-up doll, but staying upright while rafting Class IV rapids is a challenge no matter how large the hand holds are.
