Mountain Madness

The success of Mountain Madness is a result of our extensive route experience, acclimatization techniques, fabulous cuisine, and guides ability to help clients trek, climb, and safari while enjoying the culture and scenery of every area we visit. Ultimately, we help our clients achieve a remarkable goal. Under the leadership of Christine Boskoff, we are looking forward to bringing Mountain Madness into the Millennium with new energy, enthusiasm, and excitement.

Mountain Madness believes in preserving the beautiful environments where we trek and climb. We participate in and sponsor clean ups and trail work, and leave no trace wherever we travel.

For the spring of 2000 we will climb Mera Peak and descend over the Amphu Labstu pass before reaching Everest Base Camp. In the fall we trek to the famous emerald blue lakes of Gokyo, over the Cho La pass before climbing Island Peak. In December, Mountain Madness will head for the land of snow and ice to complete our seven summit's package. In South America we've expanded our operations to include several new treks in the Amazon Basin and in the Andes of Bolivia. And back by popular demand we've increased your opportunities to trek the mysterious Inca Trail by adding several more trips to our schedule.

In 2000 we will continue the tradition of training mountaineers on the glaciers in the Cascades of Washington State before moving on to climb the world's tallest, most challenging peaks. In the spring of 2000 we will climb Mount Everest. But, whether you desire a day of relaxed rock climbing or aspire to climb Mount Everest, we will continue to provide diverse trips around the world.
