Blunn Creek Nature Preserve

Expect mostly dry weather and hot temperatures during the summer months, broken by the occasional heavy thundershower. Summer highs average in the 90s, while January temperatures are often in the 30s. The first freeze occurs in mid-November and the last in mid- to late March. Rain can fall at any time, but the greatest precipitation tends to occur in May, September, and October.
