Pomme de Terre State Park ![]() Remnants of a presettlement savanna landscape with 200-year-old oak trees dot this park, which lies along the banks of the 7,800-acre Pomme de Terre Reservoir. The 734-acre park is geared for water activities, and boats and motors can be rented at the park marina. Lake Pomme de Terre has hundreds of coves where solitude and good catches of muskie and other fish can be combined. The park has two public beaches and two campgrounds.
