Lumber River State Park




Enjoy the peacefulness of the paddle gently dipping in the water as you quietly canoe down the Lumber River. Recognized as a National Wild and Scenic River, the Lumber offers excellent wildlife viewing and a taste of natural communities unique to blackwater streams, such as a cypress gum swamp and pine savannah. Facilities include a visitor contact station, boat ramp, canoe camping, trails, picnic area, and picnic shelter.
