Caney Ranger District
Caney Ranger District among scenic beauty offers three well developed recreation sites. Caney Lakes provides a scenic setting for a wide variety of recreation that is made even more enjoyable by the attractive modern facilities. Corney Lake, a beautiful 2,300-acre lake, offers scenery from baldcypress and tupelo gum bottomland to breezy pine hills. This is also an excellent area for fishing and waterfowl hunting.

Permit Information
No permit needed, though fees are required at some recreation sites.

Directions
From Minden, take Louisiana 159 north to Webster Parish Road 111. Turn left on 111 and go 2 miles.
