Potosi/Fredericktown District
Although two separate areas, the Potosi and Fredericktown District Offices are managed by the District Ranger in Potosi. The Potosi District offers a large variety of recreational opportunities, from the highly developed Council Bluff Recreation Area to primitive camping along any of the several sections of the Ozark Trail. The Recreation Area contains Chapel Hill Beach, picnic areas, campgrounds, and boat launches. There are over 100 miles of hiking trails located in the Potosi District; hiking, fishing, and boating are very popular.

From Belgrade, 4 miles west on State Hwy. C; 6 miles south on Hwy. DD or from Belleview, 15 miles west on Hwy 32; 5 miles north on Hwy. DD.
