Poplar Bluff District
The Poplar Bluff Ranger District is located in southeastern Missouri between Poplar Bluff and Piedmont. The district lies at the southeastern edge of the Ozarks where the forest starts to give way to the Mississippi lowlands. Two developed recreation areas, hiking and riding trails, and fishing and boating provide recreational opportunities.

No permit needed.

Directions
Located in southeastern Missouri. To Beaver Lake: From Poplar Bluff, 8 miles north on Hwy. PP; 2 miles west on Hwy. TT; 1 mile on BC 434; 4 miles west on Forest Rd. 3109; 1 mile south on FR 3899.

Information Center
There is a District Office located in Poplar Bluff (573-785-1475).
