Ash River
The Ash River Region is located on Minnesota's mainland. It encompasses Kabetogama Lake's southern shores and islands as well as Namakan Lake's southern and western shores and islands. The region stretches all the way south to Crane Lake.



Permit Information
No permit needed.

Directions
From Little Fork, drive east on Hwy. 217. The highway eventually turns into I-53. Turn left onto Hwy. 129 and look for signs to Ash River or the visitor center.

Information Center
From Little Fork, drive east on Hwy 217. The highway eventually turns into I-53. Turn left onto Hwy 129 and look for signs to the visitor center located near Blind Ash Bay. There is another visitor center off of Hwy 123.
