Crystal Lake
Crystal Lake is the site of the Gunnison Diversion Tunnel, a National Historic Civil Engineering Landmark.

No permit needed.

Directions
From Montrose, take Hwy. 50 west to Cimarron, then head north into the park and up to Crystal Lake.

Information Center
There is an information center located in Cimarron and one in East Portal at the easternmost tip of the park.
