Morrow Point Lake marks the beginning of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison.

Directions
From Hotchkiss, drive south on 92 until you reach the park near Pioneer Point. From Montrose, take Hwy. 50 west via Cimarron, continuing west until you enter the park near the Pine Creek Trail.

Information Center
The Lake Fork Information center is located on Hwy. 50 near the Blue Mesa Dam.
