Jackson Lake
Sailboats, water skiing, windsurfing, and jet skis are permitted on Jackson Lake. Obtain a boat permit at Colter Bay Visitor Center.

Permit Information
For overnight stays, be sure to obtain your free backcountry permit at the Colter Bay Ranger Station. Reservations may be made in advance for a $15 fee.

Directions
Jackson Lake is located in the northern part of the park, 5 miles NW of Moran Junction and 12 miles north of Jenny lake.

Information Center
The Colter Bay Visitor Center features an Indian Arts Museum, an auditorium, and a large book store.
