Lodging in Sequoia National Park is available at the new Wuksachi Village visitor services area. In-park lodging is at higher elevations. Grant Grove Lodge Region: Grant Grove Rustic cabins with bath and housekeeping cabins. Modern rooms in the new John Muir Lodge. Open year-round. Located in Grant Grove Village. Bearpaw Meadow Camp Region: Lodgepole/Giant Forest Accessible only on foot, this backcountry tent hotel has 6 tents and is located 11.5 miles east of the Giant Forest via the High Sierra Trail. Wuksachi Village Region: Lodgepole/Giant Forest Located at the new Wuksachi Village visitor services area, 4 miles north of the General Sherman Tree. Open year-round. Silver City Mountain Resort Region: Mineral King Rustic cabins, limited supplies, showers, no ice, restaurant. Unleaded gas usually available. On Mineral King Road, 3 miles west of ranger station.
