Aravaipa Canyon Wilderness and Preserve


There are two access points to Aravaipa Canyon. To reach the western entrance from Tucson, take Ariz. 77 north 60 miles to Mammoth. At Aravaipa Road turn east and proceed 7 miles to the BLM lands. To reach the eastern entrance from Tucson, take 1-10 east 90 miles to Wilcox. Take Fort Grant Road north 30 miles to Bonita. Then take the turnoff to Klondyke and drive another 32 miles to the northwest. At Klondyke take Aravaipa Canyon Road for 4 miles to the entrance.
