Access points every 8-10 miles along the river.

To Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area: From N PA and New England: I-84 to Rte 209 S (Exit 10) through Milford or (Exit 11) Matamoras to enter the N end of the park (Matamoras, PA I-84 Welcome Center).

From S PA and points W: I-80 E; past Stroudsburg take 209 N (Exit 52) to the middle of the park at Bushkill (Bushkill Visitor Center) or cross the I-80 bridge to first exit in NJ (Kittatinny Point Visitor Center).

From New York City and NJ: I-80 W to Delaware Water Gap at the S end of the park (Kittatinny Point Visitor Center).
