Appropriate Wyoming permits and licenses are necessary for hunting and fishing in the wilderness.

Visitors Center and Programs
Visitor Center: Information can be found at the Buffalo Ranger Station, the Forest Visitor Center in Jackson, and at trailheads. Wilderness Rangers are in the field to provide up-to-date information on trail conditions, regulations, natural history, and fires.
