Visitor Center: There is no visitor center or ranger station in Breadloaf Wilderness. The nearest ranger station is in the Middlebury Ranger District in the Green Mountain National Forest, west from Bristol on 17, and south on US 7.

Food/Supplies: Food and supplies may be found in surrounding communities.

Visitor Impact
From experience, the face of Bristol Cliffs is dangerous to climb. Green Mountain National Forest employees DO NOT recommend attempting to climb this rockface. If you are injured, access is difficult, and it is not timely to evacuate you.
