Visitation
Highest in late summer.

Permits
All visitors need a permit to enter the wilderness from May 15th through October 31st. Day-use and overnight visitors may obtain free permits at ranger stations and trailheads. Some areas require a reservation fee of $3 per person per day; call (509) 548-6977 for more information. Trail Park Passes are required to park at all trailheads. The cost is $3/day or $25/season.

Visitors Center and Programs
Visitor Center: Information is available at the Leavenworth Ranger Station (Wenatchee National Forest) and the Skykomish Ranger Station (Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest).

Food Supplies and Concessions
Food/Supplies: No food or supplies are available in the wilderness.

Visitor Impact
No dogs are allowed in the Enchantment Permit Area; in other areas, dogs must be kept under close control at all times.
