Visitors Center and Programs
Visitor Center: Information is available at the park office.

Programs: Shell walks, island hikes, and programs about the Loggerhead Sea Turtle are given throughout the summer and are available to groups upon request. Cultural history programs are conducted throughout the year.

Food Supplies and Concessions
Food/Supplies: A refreshment stand is located near the swimming area on Bear Island and is open during the summer months to provide light snacks.

Visitor Impact
No fires are permitted on Bear Island and camping is not permitted the night before, of, or immediately following a full moon in the summer to reduce the disturbance of nesting loggerhead sea turtles.
