Babcock offers a 51-unit campground complete with tent or trailer campsites. The campground is located two miles from the park headquarters, just off WV 41, near the town of Clifftop. The campground opens in mid-April and remains open until October 31st (weather permitting). Nearly 25% of the campsites at Babcock are available for reservations while the remainder are rented on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations may be made by writing or calling Babcock directly or by dialing (toll free) 1-800-CALL WVA and asking for Babcock State Park.
