There are 11 miles of Civil War trenches preserved within the park, including complex fortifications of both the Union Army and the Confederates.

Kennesaw Mountain
Visitors can drive or take a shuttle ride to the top of this historical mountain for a sweeping vista of the surrounding area, including Little Kennesaw Mountain and Pigeon Hill.
