Bristlecone pine grove
Found in three different groves within the park, bristlecone pine trees can live to be several thousand years old. The oldest known of these trees is called "Prometheus" and lived for nearly 5,000 years.

Lexington Arch
Rising high above the floor of Lexington Canyon, this imposing natural limestone arch was created by the forces of weather working slowly over a span of centuries.

Wheeler Peak
Wheeler Peak, at 13,063 feet, is the second tallest peak in Nevada and shadows the only glacier within the Great Basin. Its summit can be reached by a four-mile trail that gains 3000 feet in elevation, and offers spectacular views.
